Elaina Hernandez,
LCSW (she/her/ella)
Do you have any questions?

I’m a Dominican-American, Latinx, bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) fluent in Spanish and English. Originally from New York, with part of my childhood spent in the Dominican Republic, I bring a deep understanding of bicultural experiences into my work. Certified in Brainspotting, I use this powerful technique to help adults release deeply held trauma, manage anxiety, and navigate family dynamics and life transitions.
As a trauma therapist, I create a safe, inclusive space where you’ll always have choices, honoring your pace and readiness. My approach incorporates body-based techniques, like Brainspotting, to help you reconnect with your body’s cues and facilitate healing that involves your whole self.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, respectful process. Together, we’ll explore your unique strengths, cultural background, and resilience as vital parts of your healing. If you’re ready for meaningful change and a therapist who values your experiences, I welcome you to reach out for a consultation. Therapy can be the supportive partnership you need to create a life that feels balanced and fulfilling.
