Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional and body pain, trauma, dissociation, and a variety of other challenging symptoms.

As a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, I use this technique to help clients access and process trauma that may be stored deep within the brain and body. Unlike traditional talk therapy alone, Brainspotting taps into the body's natural ability to heal by locating points in the client's visual field that help access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain.

How Brainspotting Works

During a Brainspotting session, I guide you to find specific eye positions, or "brainspots," that correlate with the emotional and physical experience of your distress. By maintaining focus on these spots, your brain can process and release stored trauma, pain, and difficult emotions at a deep, neurobiological level.

What Brainspotting Can Help With

  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Anxiety and panic
  • Emotional regulation difficulties
  • Grief and loss
  • Chronic pain
  • Creative and performance blocks
  • Attachment issues

What to Expect

Brainspotting sessions can be deeply healing. Many clients report feeling a sense of relief and lightness after sessions. The process respects your pace—you are always in control, and we work together to ensure you feel safe throughout the process.
